Every Pane, Properly
- Glass both sides wherever safely reachable from inside or balcony; pure-water poles for high exterior panels.
- Frames and sills washed, not just dusted — including oxidation film on aluminium.
- Tracks and rollers vacuumed and brushed so sliding doors glide again.
- Grilles and mosquito screens removed, washed and refitted where design allows.
- Water-spot treatment for stubborn mineral marks on balcony glass.

A panel is one glass unit roughly up to 1.5 m × 1.2 m. We count panels together from your photos before quoting.
