The Process
Built for Builder's Mess
- Debris and coarse dust removed first with industrial vacuums fitted with HEPA filtration.
- Fine dust passes: ceilings, walls, built-ins, grilles and skirting wiped in at least two rounds, because fine dust keeps settling.
- Spot treatment: paint splatter, cement film, silicone smears and sticker adhesive lifted from glass, tiles and fittings.
- Wet works: bathrooms and kitchen descaled and sanitised after trades have finished.
- Final polish: windows, mirrors and floors finished, ready for furniture or handover photos.
