Questions We Hear Often
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our regulars hand over access through their building concierge or a lockbox. Every crew member is background-checked and insured, and we send arrival and completion updates by WhatsApp.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Crews arrive with professional vacuums, microfibre kits and eco-certified detergents. If you prefer that we use your own products, just note it in the booking.
What areas do you cover?
All of Kuala Lumpur plus Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Ampang and Cheras. For other Klang Valley locations, message us and we will confirm availability.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question free of charge. If we still fall short, you get a refund on the affected part of the service.
How is payment handled?
We accept FPX online transfer, major cards and DuitNow QR after the job is completed and you have checked the result. Recurring plans are billed monthly.
Can I reschedule a booked visit?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later changes carry a small RM 40 call-out adjustment because the crew slot is already reserved.
